The space
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, 2 living areas and 3 balconies. There is air-conditioning throughout the apartment.

The spacious main bedroom has spectacular sea views, direct access to the main balcony contains a king-size bed and a dressing table/desk & chair. The main bedroom's ensuite bathroom includes bath and shower, toilet and washbasin. In addition to the AC the main bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom has picturesque beach views with a private balcony, queen-size bed and dressing table/desk & chair. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The large main balcony features an 8-seater outdoor dining table, weber kettle braai and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, gas & electric stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table with amazing sea and tree views. The main lounge features comfortable seating and a flat-screen 50' smart TV with DSTV premium. The light-filled sun room is a second lounge with beautiful ocean views.

The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays.

The Santorini estate has direct access to two stunning beaches. The first being the beautiful Perissa beach immediately in front of the apartment, which offers privacy for Santorini guests even though it is next door to Ballito's main beach. Perissa beach has a small tidal pool and offers swimming although there are no life guards. The second option is popular Thompson's Bay beach which features the picturesque hole-in-the-wall and a 100m long tide pool with colorful fish for hours of tranquil, safe snorkeling.

The unit is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Ballito's main beaches. The Simbithi golf coarse is next door to Santorini, while the Zimbali and Umhlali golf courses are a 10 minute drive away. King Shaka International Airport is a 20min drive from the estate.

Guest access
The guests are provided with a temporary access permit to the Santorini security estate during their stay. The apartment has a dedicated lock-up parking garage. There are additional visitors parking bays within the estate should guests have more than one car.

Overnight access is limited to a maximum of 6 registered guests. Day visitors are allowed only by arrangement with the host.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible via stairs.
