The space
This sensational double story villa offers a luxurious beach sanctuary just above the sand dunes of the picturesque Sunrise private beach in front of the Perissa village in the Santorini secure estate. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living room upstairs and a downstairs TV room. There is air-conditioning through-out the villa.

All the rooms and living spaces flow onto two massive beachfront balconies with spectacular panoramic sea views, perfect for seagazing, sunbathing and relaxing. The upstairs balcony offers a covered 8-seater dining table, comfortable patio chairs and sun-loungers. While downstairs balcony, a few feet above the beach, offers sun-loungers and chairs. Guests are free to barbeque on either balcony using the weber kettle braai provided.

The chic designer kitchen is fully equipped including double door fridge, five plate gas stove, microwave, ice machine, blender, nespresso machine, state of the art oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan layout ensure integrated living and easy access between the kitchen, dining area and main lounge. The dining table seats 8 people, while spacious main lounge offers stunning sea & beach views.

Accommodation comprises 4 generous bedrooms that all have direct balcony access, magnificent sea views, their own study/working space and their own bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite. All the bathrooms have a shower, toilet and wash basin while the main bedroom's ensuite is also fitted with a large bath. Three of the bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.

There is a TV lounge on the lower level with access to Netflix, Prime and Disney+. The apartment has full WiFi/ mobile signal booster coverage and central air conditioning.

The villa is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. A dedicated housekeeper/butler is provided throughout the day to clean-up after the guests.

With well over 300sqm of indoor and outdoor living space , guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, a private secure garage and a storeroom for beach toys, boogie boards and beach accessories etc.

The Santorini estate has direct access to two stunning beaches. The first being the beautiful Perissa beach immediately in front of the apartment, which offers privacy for Santorini guests even though it is next door to Ballito's main beach. Perissa beach has a small tidal pool and offers swimming although there are no life guards. The second option is popular Thompson's Bay beach which features the picturesque hole-in-the-wall and a 100m long tide pool with colorful fish for hours of tranquil, safe snorkeling.

The unit is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Ballito's main beaches. The Simbithi golf coarse is next door to Santorini, while the Zimbali and Umhlali golf courses are a 10 minute drive away. King Shaka International Airport is a 20min drive from the estate.

The unit is rented out as an entire apartment. Guests have access to all the common facilities within the Santorini estate including:

26 Perissa is a fully equipped self-catering villa. Guests are provided with bath and beach towels. We supply toilet paper, soap, hand soap, initial dishwashing liquid and sponge. Complimentary starter supplies of tea, rooibos tea and coffee are provided.

The unit is cleaned daily except for Sundays and public holidays. For bookings longer than one week we will change the linen every 7 days.
