The towns of Somerset West with adequate shopping facilities are a 10 minute drive. Cape Town International Airport is 30 minutes away. The area abounds with golf courses, beaches, trekking trails, whale watching, and many other outdoor activities, too many to mention, a true sunseekers paradise.

Sunset Unit: 1 x Bedroom with 2 x Single beds (Double bed converter supplied), en suite bathroom with shower. Open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with sleeper couch that converts to a double bed.

Fully equipped 84 square meter unit has it's own private entrance with outdoor braai and entertainment area. Underfloor heating and Satellite (DSTV) TV are standard. Adequate, secure parking is available.
