A few pointers…please:

• Keep noise levels down.


• Any guests beyond the number listed on your paid itinerary will be charged a penalty at R500 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of your itinerary.


• No smoking (of any kind including vaping) is allowed in the apartment, not even by the windows nor in the stairwells or walkway. Smoking is only allowed outside the building, ground floor level.


• You may park anywhere around the building on open parking bays.


• We provide ‘starters’ like toilet paper, soap, garbage bag, etc. If your stay requires extras, then you must provide for them.


• Please do not eat or drink on the furniture in bedrooms.


• Manage young children.


• No parties or events allowed.


• Don’t do anything illegal on the premises. There are 24 hour monitored cameras around the exterior of the building.


• Do not use any bath towels or blankets outside the apartment.


• Always close all windows and curtains to prevent wind and sun damage if you are not there.


• Please only use LED lamps provided for when there is load shedding.


• Hang wet washing on washing lines at the back of the building or use the clothes dryers in laundry room (4xR5 +R2) to dry clothes.


• Wetsuits and surfing equipment should be washed in the car wash area to wash any sand off. Please do not wash sand off in the apartment showers – it is to prevent shower drain blockages.


• I do not ask for a security deposit, but accidents happen. Please replace any broken or missing items or leave cash so that I can replace it and report to the host.


• Throw full garbage bags away in the garbage room downstairs at the back of the building, next to the car wash area.


• Check out is by 10am or earlier unless otherwise discussed with host.


• Please leave the apartment in a good condition when you leave.


• When departing, please lockup, close windows, switch all lights off and leave the key in 1008 post box in foyer downstairs. Inform your host immediately of your departure.


• Using our apartment is completely at own risk. We take no responsibility for any damages or injury to guests or their belongings while staying at our apartment.
