207 Tenbury is just the perfect holiday apartment, it has everything one needs in a self catering apartment. It is right on the beach, and also next to Ushaka marine. It has a nice balcony with sea views. Close to plenty of shops.
My recommendation is that all the beds, couch (bad urine smell) and the balcony furniture be changed immediately. Overall the place is a home when in Durban.

As the owner and also a trustee of the building I become aware recently that there was a problem with the 07 sewer line. It was emitting a slight smell. The problem has been solved by our inhouse maintenance team. The guest never brought it to our attention despite me calling her to check on her stay. I usually keep in contact with my guests. We wish to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thanks.

We were placed in another flat, same building (we were told the day we asked for a quote), which is as beautiful as this one. It's clean, beds are comfortable, modern and safe. Will definitely advise you to go stay there. It's near ushaka marine.

I will definitely visit Tenburry again, place was very clean and just next to the beachfront.
Kenny was overseas and we had a geyser problem, but he sorted it out for us in no time.
Great! Just on the beach front and walking distance to Ushaka Marine.
Everything looked perfect, I would just recommend a change of bedding as it has had its day, but the place is a home when in Durban.

I have not visited this place but I am already looking forward. I spoke to Kenny and the patience he had for us was just unbelievable. He is considerate and respectful.

Hi. We were 5 adult guys playing lawnbowls in Durban from 6th August to the 12th August. From the first time we set foot in the beautiful furnished apartment, with quality finishes and furnishing we couldn't ask for better value for money. The apartment has a nice balcony with a view of the ocean and is 2 minutes walk from Ushaka Marine world. If you looking to have a wonderful holiday in Durban, I would most definitely recommend 207 Tenbury. Kenny the owner is very hands on and goes that extra mile to make your experience in Durban even more memorable. I salute you Kenny. Thanks for everything.

We had a most wonderful 5 days at 207 Tenbury Durban. The apartment is well equipped clean and well looked after with a lovely balcony over looking the sea with 24 hour security with secure parking so you need not worry about your car. You are 2min walk away from Ushaka with shops and restaurants.You also have a nice beach a cross the road. It is worth staying at 207 Tenbury. THANK YOU KENNY IT WAS WORTH IT.

It is right on the beach, and also next to ushaka marine. It has a nice balcony with sea views. Close to plenty of shops. The host is very kind as well. I will definitely be booking there again!
