Minimum stay:
Low season: 2 nights.
High and peak season; 5 to 7 nights

Breakage deposit: R500.
Refundable within 10 days of departure.

Administration fee: R100

The above prices are subject to change without notice.
20% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Balance is payable as follows:
Peak period a month prior to arrival.
High season- two weeks prior to arrival.
All other times - one week prior to arrival.
Late payment will result in the reservation being cancelled and the required period becoming available on a first come first serve basis.
This is a private unit and is not part of a letting pool at Tenbury.
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation, fees payable to us will be calculated as follows:
(Percentage is calculated on the clients total reservation cost payable)
Cancel within 30 or more days before arrival: R500.
Cancel within 21 to 30 days before arrival: 25%
Cancel within 14 to 21 days before arrival: 50%
Cancel within 14 and less before arrival: 100%
Paying the first deposit is construed to be acceptance of these conditions and binding to all.

Items not provided:
Bath and beach towels.
Dishcloths and swabs.
Detergents.
Toiletries.
