There is a once-off R700 change-over fee for every booking.

Discounts

  • 5% discount for all bookings that are 7 nights or longer, except High and Peak seasons.
  • 10% discount for 28 nights or longer

Minimum stay is 3-nights for low-season. Longer minimum stays maybe required for semi, high and peak-seasons

50% deposit to secure booking.
Balance of payment due 7 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
After that, no deposit refund up to 7 days before check-in. The full accommodation cost is due 7 days prior to check-in and is not refundable.
