Iqhayiya Guest House is located in Montclair, 8km away from the Durban City Centre. The establishment has 11 bedrooms mostly en – suite bathrooms. The rooms are fitted with air – conditioners, TV’s with Dstv installation, en-suite bathrooms mostly with showered bathrooms.

The guest house has a braai area and a swimming pool. We have a free secured parking and a free WIFI. We are a self - catering establishment, meals may only be offered when requested in advance. We have a communal lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with free tea and coffee that are available to guests ..
Iqhayiya Guest House offers accommodation to locals, provincial and International guests.

We have up to 50 capacity venue to host events only from 12H00 till 17H00 as we cannot allow them to proceed through the night due to loud music that will be a disturbance to some other guests. The establishment is monitored by a 24 hour security control system. The establishment has played its huge role in hosting the big International events as below.

It has fitted air – conditioner, bedroom built in cupboards, accessible to free WIFI and a Tv with DSTV connection. The room also have a bar fridge and a microwave.

6 Sleeper family unit (3 Bedrooms)
This is a 3 bedroom unit with 2 supper king beds on 2 separate bedrooms and a double another bedroom ,suitable for 3 couples travelling together or a group of 6 family members sharing those 3 bedrooms. The unit can also be accommodated as twin rooms (sleeping on 2 separated single beds), depending on guests requirements. Each bedroom is accessible to a free WIFI, it has TV’s with DSTV connection, fitted with air-conditioners and bedroom built in cupboards. The unit has 2 bathrooms, one with 2 showers and another bathroom has a tub and a shower. The unit has its own fully equipped kitchen for self - catering purposes. Please note, the unit does not have a private dining area or lounge area, but does have access to the communal dining and lounge area.


SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Both noise and music are not allowed. A fee will be charged for both early check-in and late check-out depending on availability. Parties are not allowed to be hosted within the establishment.
