| Kansellasiebeleid |
| 1. CANCELLATION 1.1. Please note that you will be liable for – 1.1.1. half of the Rental amount plus the Breakages Deposit If you give us more than 30 (thirty) days prior written notice of your cancellation prior to the Occupation Date; and 1.1.2. for the full Rental plus the Breakages Deposit if you give us less than 30 (thirty) days prior written notice or if you made the Reservation within such 30 (thirty) day period and subsequently cancel your Reservation. 1.2. We shall be entitled to cancel your Reservation with or without notice to you if you fail to pay us the full Rental amount on or before the 30 (thirty) day period referred to in clause 4.2.2, as a result whereby this Agreement shall be cancelled. We, in such instances, reserve our right to demand from you the full Rental amount plus the Breakages Deposit. 1.3. We will be entitled to deduct any amounts referred to in clauses 5.1 and/or 5.2 from any and all payments already received by us from you and to claim any shortfall from you. 1.4. Notice of cancellation must be sent to frankie@kommetjiehideaways.co.za together with a copy of your ID or passport. 1.5. Days will be calculated from our actual receipt of the notice and shall include the first day but shall exclude the last. We shall be entitled to set off the Cancellation Penalty from any and all amounts paid by you to us. |
