As you will see from the photos, the main bedroom has a lovely queen size bed with stunning sea views and the second bedroom has the option of either a king-size bed or twin beds and also has a wonderful view over the sea and communal swimming pool.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a double fridge/freezer, hob, washing machine, microwave and airfryer.   The smart TV and WiFi are newly-installed.

The scenic balcony is the ideal spot to watch for dolphins or whales while enjoying a cuppa or a sundowner.

The complex is immaculately maintained with pristine pool and braai areas on the lawns with spectacular views overlooking the sea.   The forested path leads steeply down to a sheltered cove and beach walks north as far as Tinley Manor.  The south side of the complex has gated access to another beautiful section of the coastline and beach walks as far as Ballito.

Villa Royale enjoys the best of both worlds – the peace of its proximity to the ocean yet mere minutes away from excellent shopping facilities, safe swimming/surfing beaches and a variety of restaurants. Within a 20-minute radius south are the many delights of Durban and Umhlanga, Sibaya Casino, numerous golf courses, fascinating Indian temples and other places of interest.

An hour north is the historic town of Eshowe with its Old Fort Museum  and famous Vukani weaving collection plus the unique forest board-walk and internationally-acclaimed birding route while just beyond one can explore Shakaland, the Zulu battlefields, St. Lucia Marine reserve and the game reserves.
