Willowmoore Park

Willowmoore Park is home to the Eastern Cricket Union as well as the Africa Cricket Association. Founded by British coal miners, the park was given its name after the willow trees and the moor at the south end of the ground and saw its first international match between a South African Invitation side and England in 1913. Over the years it has played host to many ODI's (One Day Internationals) as well as the u19 World Cup, the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2003 and the ICC T20 World Cup in 2007 and the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier Tournament in 2009.
