50% deposit payable four weeks prior to arrival.
Balance to be settled on check-out unless prior payment arrangements have been made with reservation manager.

Cancellation Policy;
10% cancellation fee if cancellation occurs 30 - 15 days prior to arrival
25% cancellation fee if cancellation occurs 8 - 14 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee if cancellation occurs 1 - 7 days prior to arrival

Please note that your credit card will be charged for a cancellation fee if applicable
