Low Season:       R 1799.00 per night  for the apartment    (March, May, August) Excludes all Long Weekends and School Holidays.

Mid  Season:       R 1950.00 per night  for the apartment    (From 15 January, February, June, October, November) Excluding School Holidays.

High Season:      R 2450.00 per night  for the apartment    (March, April, July, September) Long Weekends, School Holidays and Special Events

Peak Season:     R 2899.00 per night  for the apartment    (Easter Holidays 2024)

Peak Season:     R 2890.00 per night  for the apartment    (10 December 2024 until 24 December 2024) Min. Stay 7 Nights.

Peak Season:     R 3490.00 per night  for the apartment    (24 December 2024 until 3 January 2025) Min. Stay 7 Nights.

Self-Catering Apartment B (Ground Floor) Sea-View Apartment

Low Season:       R 1799.00 per night for the apartment     (March, May, August) Excludes all Long Weekends and School Holidays.

Mid  Season:       R 2150.00 per night for the apartment     (February, June, October, November) Excluding School Holidays.

High  Season:     R 2550.00 per night for the apartment     (March, April, July, September) Long Weekends, School Holidays and Special Events.

Peak Season:     R 2699.00 per night for the apartment     (Easter Holidays 2023)

Peak Season:     R 2899.00 per night for the apartment     (10 December 2023 until 24 December 2023) Min. Stay 7 Nights

High  Season:     R 3299.00 per night for the apartment     (25 December 2023 until 3 January 2024) Min. Stay 7 Nights

Terms of Payment

50% deposit is required within 24 hours after receiving the booking form and the balance is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is required prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
.
To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit / credit card details.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or non-arrivals.

Arrival & Departure Times

Check-in is after 2pm to 7pm on the day of arrival.
Check-ins after 9pm will incur a surcharge of R500.00, unless arranged prior to arrival.
Check-out is before 10am on the day of departure.

Rules / Conditions

The maximum occupancy of 2 guests in the first floor unit and 2 guets in the ground floor unit must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
No persons, other than quoted for, and booked are allowed to share the accommodation.         
Offensive noise and anti-social behavior is prohibited.     
Parties and non-compliant functions and  gatherings are prohibited.     
No pets are allowed in the apartment. 
Damages and breakages must be reported to the Manager.                 
On your departure the apartment must be left in the same condition as on arrival.
