What a treat! What a gem!
Beautiful sandy white, mile long beach with its own private access.
Perfect surf and swim spot as well as excellent for walking and running.
Walking distance to shops and cafe, and quick drive to nearby surf spots and other shops.

The house is a perfect 'kids and teen friendly home'. Allowing one to feel totally comfortable and relaxed.

Cape St Francis is an exceptional place to visit - all the more so when the accommodation is perfectly situated like Janine's Beach house. We had an awesome stay right on the beach, just over the dune. The bike and running trails are close and well kept. Janine, we love the layout of the house as it can accommodate a large family, and the best is that there are two braais..... one for the east wind and one for the west! We certainly will be back!

Stunning sandy beach location. Well-equipped, spacious and clean. Incredible surfing, fishing, cycling & trails to run or walk on your doorstep. Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance Relax or adventure - a place to return to over and over again.

Literally a stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in South Africa, with a private path to the beach. Cape St Francis is a hidden gem.
Janine’s beach house is a comfortable home away from home, with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms with on suite bathrooms make it perfect for large groups. We would love to return to soak up the relaxed, chilled holiday vibe that encapsulates you the moment you set foot into this wonderful home.

Janine's Beach House is the perfect Holiday destination for any time of the year. We have been in summer, winter, autumn and spring, and the house caters for every season. It is fully equipped (as well as for babies), very comfortable and worth every cent. The house is HUGE and fitted our entire family and friends, with the kids in the loft! Such incredible memories shared with our loved ones. We will definitely be back.

Incredible is too insignificant a word to describe my stay at this beautiful house. The view, the ocean sounds, the lush garden, the joy, these are but a few things you will experience when you stay here.
10/10 would recommend.

Janine's Beach House is a great place for a family holiday. It handled a large group (11 adults and 2 children) very well, as there are plenty of bedrooms almost all en-suite. The reception rooms work well and the 2 outdoor areas are great. It is perfectly situated overlooking the beautiful Cape St Francis Beach with a short stroll through the Fynbos down to the beach. It is also not far to walk to the local general dealer and coffee shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit.

What a wonderful house for a family get together. Large and super comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. Magnificent view and right on the beach. Super patio in all weathers with comfortable seating.

Wow, fabulous house. Bedrooms were spacious and clean and best of all..no queueing for the bathroom. I loved that we could sit outside no matter which way the wind blows. If it was windy on the sea facing side we just went to the back and it was great. Such a beautiful beach. We walked for miles and it was all flat then just cooled off in the chilly waves. Just loved it. I will definitely come back again..the sooner the better.

This home is so comfortable and spacious and it's right on the beach - I could look at the waves without getting out of bed! Best house on the beach front for sure.
