We stayed for 2 nights in Dec 2017.
Place is massive, wifi and dstv, big areas for the whole family to relax.
Place was clean and water park is close by (about 5 mins).
Few issues that need attention, but so small that it didn't affect our stay and enjoying the place.
Would suggest that they convert the guest loo into a bathroom with shower as we needed another bathroom at times.

We had an absolutely wonderful two days with family at Ashton Manor. It was clean and Peter who welcomed us was so helpful and informative. A really good experience.
