Rates

On request, but range between R5 500 per night for out-of-season to R6 500 per night over peak season.

Rates are also dependant on number of guests that will occupy the house.

Terms of payment

50% deposit to secure booking. Balance payable 7 days before arrival.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in after 14h00 and check-out by 10h00. (Earlier or later possible by mutual arrangement)

Cancellation Policy

Full deposit is refundable if we are able to secure another booking for specific dates over peak or high season.

Full deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival in low season.
