  • A booking deposit is required of 50% of the full cost to secure the booking.

  • The balance of 50% is payable no later than 14 days before your arrival.

  • A refundable security deposit of R1000 is payable along with the booking deposit.This will be refunded once the premises is vacated and inventory checked

  • Please note that the deposit WILL be withheld if more than 6 people occupy the cottage for any night.

  • Please forward us your banking details so that your refund may be returned

  • We apologize, but no credit cards accepted.

  • Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, a R750 administration fee withheld.

  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of booking fee refunded.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, the security deposit only refunded.

    Normal Departures: 8am to 10am on the day of departure.
