| SPECIAL NOTES This is a smoke free resort, no smoking is allowed in our accommodation SELF CATERING GUESTS (Chalets): Chalet housekeeping services are from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday’s housekeeping will only wash dishes, stock towels and toilet paper where needed. Chalets are self catering and Hotel rooms are inclusive of meals as indicated on your confirmation attached. We do not recommend chalets to anyone with difficulty in walking. The Resort is NOT wheelchair friendly Out of respect for all our guests, no loud music will be allowed on these premises and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be asked to sign and date a Guest Indemnity Form on arrival, should you wish us to send it prior to arrival for your perusal we are more than happy to do so. NOTE TO ALL GUESTS WHO HAVE BOOKED HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES FOR OWN CONSUMPTION. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESORT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION AND THE FORFEIT OF ANY DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED BY THE RESORT. |
