A refund of 100% LESS handling costs of 5% is given up to 60 days before
75% up to 45 days
50% up to 30 days
25% up to 15 days
0% thereafter for peak/High season/ public holiday bookings

A refund of 100% Less handling costs of 5% is given up to 30 days before for all other times
50% up to 15 days
25% up to 7 days
