Rates:
Low season – R1200/day (Minimum stay 2 days) 2025 R1400/day
High season – Easter weekend, Easter holidays, July holidays (Minimum stay 5 days) R1900/day 2025
Peak season – 14 Dec to 14 Jan – R2500/day (Minimum stay (7 days) 2025 R2600/day
Clean-up fee of R300, 2025 R350, and refundable breakage deposit R1000

Terms of payment:
20% deposit required for booking to be confirmed.
Full payment is required 2 weeks before date of arrival.
Refundable breakage deposit of R1000 required with final payment.
A clean-up charge of R350 is payable in addition to the rental fee.
Payment methods : EFT/ Bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
50% Refund of deposit if cancelled up to 2 months prior to occupation date.
No refund if cancelled within 2 months of occupation date.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times
- No more than 4 people allowed to stay
- No animals allowed on the premises
- No leaving cushions furniture/valuables in the rain
