05 January 2025 to 11 December 2025 = R 4 200 per house per night (excludes public holidays and peak periods).

R 3 000 deposit to secure reservation.

High Season:

12 December 2025 to 05 January 2026 plus all public holidays and special events periods = R 5 950 per house per night.

R 5 000 deposit to secure reservation.

A refundable R 3 000 breakages deposit applies to all reservations and will be returned within 3 working days if all is in order.

Percentage of deposit forfeited due to cancellation:

1 month = 25%   3 weeks = 50%   2 weeks = 75%  1 week = 100%
