Dreams is a spacious self-catering home in the picturesque seaside town of Pringle Bay in the Western Cape's Overberg/Whale Coast region.

You won't be dreaming when you wake up a mere 100m - 3 minutes' walk - to the white sand of Pringle Bay's idyllic beach. Relaxation, family time, comfort, nature, sunshine, sea and sand are what this perfect getaway is all about. Children of all ages are welcome! Dreams accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (possibly up to an extra two children depending on age). 1 hour's drive to Cape Town.

Living Room & TV Room

The living room is spacious and airy with a mountain view and balcony. It has a comfortable lounge suite and balcony as well as plenty of games, puzzles and books.

Separate TV room with an Open View Decoder or bring your own decoder for your favourite channels.

Kitchen, Dining Room & Braai

There is an open-plan dining room with an 8-seater table and a fully equipped kitchen with a mountain view. The kitchen has; a washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger as well as plenty of crockery, crockery and quality pots. The built-in braai/BBQ is accessed from the dining room via a sliding door. Next to the braai is an outdoor area with furniture (table and chairs).

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, cupboard, chest of drawers, armchair, bedside tables and a balcony. The main bathroom has both a shower and a bath.

The first bottom bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make 1 king bed. It’s equipped with a ceiling fan, chest of drawers and bedside table and has a sliding door leading out to a veranda.

The second bottom bedroom has two single beds and a space for a cot which is available upon request (no extra cost). The room is equipped with ceiling fan, cupboard, bedside table and an ottoman.

The two bottom bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Arrangements can be made for additional children (depending on ages) either with mattresses on the floor or a sleeper couch.

Garage & Outdoors

There is a single garage with extra space for bicycles/motorbikes & beach accessories and a paved area for additional parking. Outside is a cold water shower, balcony, veranda and braai area with outdoor table and chairs. The back garden is fenced-in.

The closest beach entrance is just under 3 minutes’ walk even for short legs and small feet. The river mouth is also close and the favourite spot on the beach for children with warmer and safer water perfect for paddling, "soaking" and swimming.

In the area: hiking, beaches, fishing, whale watching, bird watching, sandboarding, surfing, cycling, guided tours, botanical garden, penguins, wine tasting, shark diving, golf and much more.

Pringle Bay is a hidden gem that will make you come back for more peace and beauty. It is located in the beautiful and unspoilt area of the Kogelberg Biosphere far away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet only 67 km from Cape Town International Airport. The Pringle Bay town centre has several restaurants, coffee shops and a couple of grocery stores.

Children of all ages are welcome! A cot, highchair, baby bath, potty and a kid’s toilet seat are available upon request at no extra cost. There are plenty of puzzles, games, books and some toys available.
