Occupancy

Refundable Breakages Deposit
An additional R250-00 Refundable Breakage/Key Deposit will be charged & refunded within 14 days of your stay - provided no losses are encountered.

An additional R400-00 non refundable Cleaning/Admin Fee is not included in the rates above – cleaning is upon arrival & on departure only.

Terms Of Payment
Quote is valid for 1 day only.
Deposit of 50% and Account to be settled in full 30 days before arrival.
EFT payments only -   Please send Proof of Payment.         

Cash Deposits -  a bank surcharge fee will charged 

Cancellation Clause
For all Bookings the following Cancellation terms and conditions apply:
Date on which written notice of cancellation is received by us:- :
* cancellation more than 60 days prior to date of arrival, Admin Fee of R100 will be charged.
* cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to date of arrival, we shall retain 50% of the amount received.
* cancellation less than 30 days prior to date of arrival, full amount of the booking fee shall be lost

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in time is 2 pm on the arrival date and Check-out time is 10 am on the date of departure
Bookings from 01st week December to mid January inclusive, must be for a minimum of 7 nights from Friday to Friday.

Security Measures – Violent, disorderly and drunken conduct will not be tolerated and unauthorized persons on the premises will be removed by Security Personnel, alternatively reported to the SAPS.

GROUPS OF PARTY GOERS ARE NOT TOLERATED AT THE CABANA COMPLEX

• House Rules – please familiarise yourself with these (they are sent via email)                                                                                                                                            The guest must accept the building regulations & shall not indulge in noxious, disturbing or insalubrious activities. 
• Occupancy – A MAXIMUM 6 persons per cabana. [5 or 6x adults occupying 1x cabana will not be permitted]
• (the top bunks in the 2nd bedroom is not suitable & will not accommodate an adult)
• The total number of people staying in or visiting the cabana may not exceed 6 persons at any time.
• In the event that these numbers are surpassed, the Cabanas Del Mar Body Corporate shall have the right to reject the bookng made or request that the cabana be vacated
• The Cabana is handed over clean and in good condition.,,,,,,,During the stay, it is the guest’s responsibility to keep it in a good state.

**  the cabana is privately owned and at the owners discretion to accept or reject bookings
