Dan: Waar kansellasie plaasvind: - By aankoms of tydens verblyf - die totale besprekingswaarde sal verbeur word. - 0 - 14 dae voor aankoms, wanneer gas nie opdaag nie - totale besprekingswaarde / geld in trust sal verbeur word. - 15 - 28 dae voor aankoms - 75% van die deposito, of 25% van die volle kwotasiewaarde mag behou word (watter bedrag ookal die grootste is). - 28 dae of meer voor aankoms - 50% van die deposito, of 25% van die volle kwotasiewaarde sal verbeur word (watter bedrag ookal die grootste is). - Kansellasie van besprekings gedurende vakansie seisoene : Kansellasiefooi op besprekings gekanselleer binne 40 dae van aankoms - 100% van die volle kwotasiewaarde. |

| Disclaimer: The Owners or Management of Beach Wood Cottages will not be held responsible for any theft, damage or injury whatsoever on these premises. Strictly no refunds on late arrivals or early departures. Right of admission reserved. Not adhering to these rules may lead to evacuation. No hooting or revving of car engines. No sleeping in any vehicle on the premises at any time. REFUSE AND RUBBISH: Please collect your litter – do not throw cigarette butts, food scraps, papers or any such litter in the communal area. Refuse bags to be placed in the designated area. Note Refusal removal day: Tuesday mornings. WHILST YOU ARE HERE: Please be considerate toward other occupants and neighbours. No loud music or noise after 21:00pm. We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property should you not adhere. Children must be under your supervision at all times and behaviour that causes a disturbance to other occupants will not be tolerated. By law, this is a non-smoking unit. A minimum fine of R300 will be charged if you are found smoking within the unit or may lead to evacuation. More than the unit's designated guests sleeping in the unit is not allowed. Excess guests will be asked to leave the unit. Please leave the unit in the same condition as you found it on arrival. A R200 cleaning fee will be charged for dirty dishes, dirty bed linen etc. (you are welcome to leave your extra groceries for the cleaning staff on the day of your departure.) Departure: Latest 9:00am. Cleaning staff will start getting the unit ready for new guests strictly at 8:30 to 9:00am and a R100/30-minute late departure fee will be charged. (This is not applicable for special arrangements made with the owner.) Please consider the environment: use water and electricity sparingly and do not litter. MONKEYS AND OTHER WILD LIFE. DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS. DO NOT ENCOURAGE THEM TO HANG AROUND THE FLAT. They are cute and appealing, however, the can be VERY destructive and cause untold damage as well as bite if provoked. |
