| PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS– a deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. A further 30% is payable 60 days before arrival and the outstanding balance is payable 30 days before arrival. LOW SEASON BOOKINGS – a deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. A further 30% is payable 60 days before arrival and the outstanding balance is payable 15 days before arrival. |
| Kansellasiebeleid |
| Should you cancel your booking, the deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellations/Postponements less than a month (30 days) in advance of the arrival date will result in all amounts paid being forfeited. |
| Aankoms En Vertrek Tye |
| The House is available from 2:00pm on the date of arrival and departure is strictly no later than 10:00 am in order for the house to be prepared for incoming guests. Early arrival or late departure will only be allowed if arranged in advance. |
