50% Payment to secure booking.
Remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to occupation.
Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental amount if cancelled 6 weeks prior to occupation.
Cancellation fee of 50% of total rental amount if cancelled 4-5 weeks prior to occupation.
No refunds for cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to occupation.
R5,000.00 refundable key/breakages deposit is also required.
No pets allowed.
