Peak Season: R1 400 per night (12 December - 15 January - minimum 7 nights)

High Season: 14 June - 9 July (R1 200 per night minimum 5 nights)

Mid Season: 21 March - 2 April, 23 - 30 September (R1000 per night)

Low Season: all dates in between R800 per night

Weekend rates: R1 200 per night (2 nights minimum - only low season)

Once-off cleaning fee: R850 (fee for cleaning after departure/including linen)

Refundable breakage deposit: R1 000 (Refundable after inventory checklist is completed after quests departure)

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: No 1 night bookings are accepted

50% deposit is required to confirm a booking
The deposit is non-refundable in case of last minute cancellation
Cancellation (2 months prior to arrival) - 50% deposit will be refunded
